1945 Penny with Buffalo Nickel backing

Looking at your image, I would say that your 1945 Penny with Buffalo Nickel backing has been made from two different coins.

People have been known to cut the coins in half and then attach them to other coins done the same way. Two headed or two tailed coins are other examples of this.
